6) Make your final payment on the date of completion with your solicitor; you will then become an owner, in front of a Public notary.

General Information.

UK retirement pensions can be paid to you in the UK, then you transfer it, or it can be paid directly into your Spanish account. Other occupational or private pensions can be paid in the same way, by just agreeing with your provider where.

Benefits, as a general rule, Widows Benefit, Severe Disablement Allowance and long term incapacity benefit are payable to you in Spain.
